Virtual Incursions Terms & Conditions
Arludo reserves the right to cancel a virtual incursion in its sole discretion. In this instance any booked participants will be notified in writing as soon as practicable and any payments will be refunded.
Virtual incursion rates will be reviewed and updated at least every financial year.
Arludo reserves the right to update advertised rates as required without notification.
A booking for a virtual incursion is made via the DART Learning page.
For a paid virtual incursion, a booking confirmation and quote will be emailed to the booking contact when the booking is confirmed for the date/s and time/s specified.
For a paid virtual incursion, a booking confirmation constitutes a formal booking, subject to these terms and conditions, that will be invoiced after the completion of the activity or in line with the cancellation terms.
A quote is based on the expected attendance provided by the participating group at the time of booking and is subject to increase if attendance differs on the day of the virtual incursion.
If a booked group has a change in expected attendance, notification must be made in writing to email@example.com at least 5 working days prior to the virtual incursion date for a reduced quote to be provided. If notification is not made in this timeframe, the participating group will be invoiced for the original quoted amount or the attendance on the day, whichever is greater.
A request for a date change must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 5 working days prior to the virtual incursion date. Approval of date changes is at the discretion of Arludo.
Cancellations for paid virtual incursions must be made in writing to email@example.com at least 5 working days prior to the virtual incursion date. Cancellations outside of this timeframe will be subject to a cancellation fee to cover staffing and administration costs.
Cancellations for free virtual incursions can be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or via your DART Learning login.
Schools, organisations or groups with an ABN will be invoiced after the date of their incursion with payment terms of 14 days. Payment options will be included on the invoice and include card, purchase order, and direct deposit.
Arludo reserves the right to request payment upfront from a school, organisation or group that cannot provide an ABN. In this instance the school, organisation or group will be provided with a quote and invoice before the virtual incursion date with directions on payment.
Cash and Cheque payments are not accepted under any circumstance.
Teacher or parent/guardian supervision
A teacher or parent/guardian must supervise the students in their care for the duration of the virtual incursion. Behaviour management and duty of care remain the responsibility of the booking contact at all times.
Arludo and its presenters reserve the right to terminate a virtual incursion in whole or in part, or the connection of a group in whole or in part, if the behaviour of the participants results in the delivery of the virtual incursion being untenable. No refunds will apply in this instance.
Arludo and its presenters reserve the right to terminate a virtual incursion in whole or in part, or the connection of a group in whole or in part if any of the participants engage in any abusive or discriminatory behaviour or discussion either visually, verbally or in writing. No refunds will apply in this instance.
No refunds apply to paid virtual incursions except in the instance that Arludo is required to cancel the virtual incursion. In this instance only, payments will be refunded to participating groups in full.
