Terms and Conditions for Recurring Payments

Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the recurring payment services provided by Arludo Pty Ltd (“Arludo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) for the use of our products and services (“Services”).

1.2. By signing up for the recurring payment option, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any applicable laws and regulations.

Recurring Payment Services

2.1. Arludo offers recurring payment options for the purchase of our Services at either monthly or yearly intervals, as selected by the Customer.

2.2. The recurring payment option allows for automatic billing to your designated payment method (e.g., credit card or direct debit) for the agreed-upon billing frequency.

2.3. The Customer’s access to the Services is contingent upon successful payment of the recurring charges.

Payment Authorisation

3.1. By providing your payment information and selecting the recurring payment option, you authorise Arludo to charge your designated payment method for the agreed-upon amount at the chosen billing frequency.

3.2. The recurring charges will be applied to your payment method until you cancel your subscription or opt-out of the recurring payment option.

Billing and Invoicing

4.1. Arludo will issue a digital invoice for each recurring payment transaction, which will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

4.2. The recurring charges will be processed on the day corresponding to the start of your billing cycle.

4.3. If the payment is unsuccessful due to expired payment details, insufficient funds, or any other reason, Arludo reserves the right to suspend your access to the Services until the payment issue is resolved.

Price Changes

5.1. Arludo may modify the pricing for the Services with a minimum of 30 days’ notice to the Customer.

5.2. If you do not agree with the updated pricing, you have the right to cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

Cancellation and Refunds

6.1. You have the right to cancel your subscription and recurring payments at any time by emailing info@arludo.com with your cancellation request.

6.2. Cancellation requests made before the next billing cycle will prevent any further recurring charges.

6.3. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period after the payment has been processed.

Compliance with Australian Law

7.1. Arludo will comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding recurring payments, including but not limited to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

8.1. For any inquiries or issues related to your recurring payments, or to cancel your recurring payments, please contact our team at info@arludo.com.

Limitation of Liability

9.1. Arludo shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the recurring payment services, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Amendments

10.1. Arludo reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of significant changes, we will provide notice to the Customer via email or through the Arludo platform.

10.2. Continued use of the recurring payment services after any changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

By selecting the recurring payment option and using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
